Reported to the FCA for misselling insurance.

Absolutely disgusting. Provided an IPID at purchase stage summarising everything would be covered and water damage would be covered. In the actual policy schedule they’ve worded it completely differently and it’s excluded. Two documents with two pieces of conflicting information. Scumbags who have robbed my parents blind.
