THE WORST BUSINESS BANK IN THE WORLD

Santander is possibly the worst business bank in the world - AND THAT IS BEING POLITE - they are so dreadful. They literally cannot do a single thing without a COMPUTER SAYING NO!!! If you want business banking, go to a PROPER BUSINESS BANK - that will support your business with good advice, offering financial support to grow your business and who are able to actually read a P&L or Balance Sheet correctly. I ASSURE YOU SANTANDER are unable to do this. If your business turns over more than £10K its the wrong bank for you - they are just too small and do not have the experience to do so.
