Renew Policy

Renewed my policy with Sainsbury’s home insurance after being with them for 3 years, but after 7 days I realized I had not received my policy, even though the money was taken from account. Phone them to chase where my policy was as it never arrived by email. After checking there system I was told that they couldn’t find my policy, and they couldn’t figure out what had happened. Totally disgusting as I paid in the usual way and money was taken out of my account, and if I didn’t chase where my policy was I would have been uninsured with them if something may have happened. Best of all they said they will credit me back the money and I can take the same policy but after having a require the price shot up a further £80. WONT BE DEALING WITH SAINSBURY Home insurance AGAIN, very very poor service, advised agent to get management to contact me over this issue which I’ve not heard from anyone even after 3days.
