Service so bad I thought I was getting punked.

They have just failed to pick up our wrecked car again because they driver was not told the car was wrecked, he had no room on the lorry and was planning to tow the car behind. At this point I am not even suprised, they originally said it would be around two weeks to pick it up and blamed covid, when they came it was decided the car was a write off on the spot so they did not take it away and we could not have a courtesy car, we still have not had an offer for the car and its been about a month, do not use this company the service is an absolute joke.
