Taken almost 4 months to get anywhere with a claim of stolen items when on holiday and trying to only give me 50% of what the items are worth. Endless chasing of emails, back and forth, phone calls. Such a hassle to get anywhere and are rude on the phone. Haven't come back to any of my complaints either.
