Worst company to deal with. Please avoid!

They have sent me in circles and use nothing but condescending and deflective language to avoid helping or covering home warranty. There is an active leak in my roof, and they refuse to send a roofer or anyone to properly inspect so I had my own roofer come, who found an active leak, and Aviva had said they were sending a roofer last week but is now saying that the roofer I had come is to provide them with a report as they are too lazy and deflective to do anything at all.
