SHOCKINGLY BAD SERVICE

I have been a business customer with Santander for over 20 years with no problems but was shocked by their appalling customer service and communication today. It has cost me over 4 freelance hours and I have been told I have to take more time off work to go into a branch to sort out the issue. Very stressful and shockingly bad regard for their customers. Easy to use and great interest rates.

I found Zopa very easy to set up and use. The Smart saver works well for me and the rates for the various pots are excellent. It is easy to move money between pots maximising the amount of interest you can earn. Highly recommend. Reviewed on: 13th January 2023
