My experience has mainly been good.

My experience has mainly been good. When I had an expensive item not delivered, they were not helpful and I lost my money. They wanted me to go to the police which was not helpful. They should have focused on getting the seller to prove delivery, which they couldn't. I now use Monzo for expensive transactions, as they are superb at helping you in these circumstances.
