The best customer service I’ve had from a bank

It’s so easy to log in and do what needs to be done I love the round ups and having the saver with a great interest rate, customer service are the best I’ve ever dealt with for a bank, no long holding to speak to someone no being put on hold for ages whilst they look into it, I had a ID issue and it was resolved whilst I was on the phone and was able to log in whilst they were still talking to me to make sure everything was working as it should, I have since introduced chase to all my friends and family Reviewed on: 1st March 2025
