Brilliant!

I cannot fault MetroBank. The apps are easy to use (even for a dinosaur like me) and, when I have needed to phone staff have been friendly and helpful. First class see vice all round! Reviewed on: 7th March 2021

Confusing!

Easy to get approved however the on-line figures of amount spent/available are very confusing and never add up! If you manually pay the full amount way in advance of payment day they still take the minimum amount from your bank on the payment day! Cards may get 'frozen' for security if used too much but are automatically 'released' the next morning! Reviewed on: 30th June 2016
