Review of the Zopa, Credit card:

Poor company , poor service

Ok firstly Zopa credit card is OK but how ever we'll you run your account they will never give you an increase or even communicate with you , unless you miss a payment. I've been with Zopa years ive never had 1 increase all because Zopa choose to look at old historical data on my credit profile instead of how you run your account and how you handle credit now not like 5 or 6 years ago. If you speak to someone they aren't interested and don't even care if you close your account so how they think they are the best credit card company I think they are deluded. I have other credit cards that have given me far credit limits so they must trust me bearing in mind I've never missed a payment for over 3 years but Zopa don't trust anyone. So unless you want a paltry limit and then speak to staff who have no care about how you run your account then you might enjoy it otherwise find another provider theres many more I would choose.
