Bad Company

Rubbish! Absolutely useless! They told me they spread a missed payment over my remaining months, I then got home to a letter saying my policy was cancelled 5 days before receiving this letter. I was using my car all week and I was none of the wiser. The letter said they had written to me to warn me of the cancellation but no letter was received. They didn't spread the cost, as someone was apparently supposed to call me back but never did and I wasn't aware of this. Communication is awful! Penalise the customer without notice.
