Super fair and honest banking

I’ve had a smart saver for a while now and the service has been excellent. I get regular emails telling me when the interest rate has been increased and what effect it has on me - Zopa clearly like to pass on the rate benefits quickly and do it transparently. I really like the complicity of the app - link your bank account and you can add or withdraw funds instantly. Highly recommend Reviewed on: 9th April 2023

Friendly service and excellent transparency

Zopa are by far the best lending provider I’ve encountered. Everything you need is in the app, can clearly see your outstanding balance and get an immediate quote on amount to clear without penalty. Zopa is just simple, and I love it that way. Not intrusive and not confusing. They’re now offering saving accounts which I’m making use of and happy to see I can do more banking with them.
