Very flexible, helpful, understanding.

When I first applied, I didn't think I would get accepted for the credit but it was suggested through Total Money app. It came at the right time and they helped me out loads with my needs. The app is brilliant too. Not waiting around on the phone and instant messages and updates to your phone and you can pay via the app and see your balance going down. Easy access.
