Great Service with a personal touch

I rang to speak to an agent as the online quote was higher than expected.. He took me through all the details and spotted that I had made a mistake. When corrected the quote dropped by 20%. He was able to answer all my detailed questions satisfactorily. Finally I was impressed that I was given a direct line to call to speak with him at any time during the policy lifetime if I had any issues. Great service indeed. Reviewed on: 9th February 2018
