I have been a customer of this bank for over 10 years and I have always received brilliant and helpful customer service. I enjoy having the options of a variety of ways to speak to a customer service representative also. Recently I lost my bank card and Barclays were highly efficient and reassuring with cancelling my old card and sending out a new one which arrived within 48hours. They also checked and reassured me that any transactions made on my card after I had claimed the loss would be reimbursed to me. Reviewed on: 9th February 2018
