Customer focused, flexible and caring

From the start, the process has been smooth and simple. When I enquired about a change to a product coming up to the end of its time, NBS couldn't have been more helpful and flexible considering my needs and circumstances. Justine from the Wokingham branch went above and beyond to support me and make sure I was on the best deal possible. I felt fully cared for throughout the process and was never left to feel like I was just another customer. It was a personal transaction throughout. I can't recommend NBS enough.
