Worst ever insurance with travel company ever

Outsourced to collison UK who don't answer the phone, don't reply to emails. Reject claims on technicalities e.g. they want a letter for the cause of airplane delay which I have tried several times to get but been unable to (the airline have lost this information) and can only give me the time of delay. Left £3000 out of pocket as abandoned in Europe during a multi-leg trip to SE Asia. Take weeks to respond only to add arbitrary new hoops for you to jump through. I am sorry I gave £70 to this awful company. Reviewed on: 17th January 2023
