Difficulties never properly resolved

There have been repeated problems and bugs which have never been resolved and continue to be an issue, and which employees didn’t seem to understand or to be able to explain. It has made everyday transactions more difficult. Reviewed on: 17th January 2023

Great experience, reliable bank

Very happy as my banking process has felt both completely secure and hassle free for me since day one, more so than with other banks. The fact that they’re also so much more ethical than almost any other bank available in the UK makes me actually feel good about banking with them, and that I’m contributing to society by doing so.
