Chase giving 1% on spending is a win win. I have found the call centre staff very knowledgeable and willing to assist. I had to call on a few occasions re online banking any call handler assisting with my issues came across very knowledgeable and resolved my issues whilst on the call.All and all I am very pleased with both my Chase accounts and interest rates plus the service I receive from the call centre. When other banks had low interest rates Allica bank had rates well above the avarage when I opened my account. Reviewed on: 31st January 2024
