Awful service noone answering phone. been on hold for over an hour.

Waited an hour to talk to someone to authorise an payment ,hour later still on hold .Absolutely disgusting service. live chat is even worse, the agents do not know what they are doing. customer: need to make payment over phone for insurance. agent, why don't you pay online to friends and family. explained 15 times then give up. time to change bank.
