The excellent customer service is an unexpected bonus!

I love the fact that I can speak to someone in customer service - and not a chatbot. The customer service team is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. My account is easy to manage on line - the instructions are clear and it does everything a bank account should. The ethical aspect of the bank is why I moved to Triodos - the excellent service is a bonus. Reviewed on: 16th January 2024

A remarkable bank - a commercial business with high morals.

I switched to Triodos from a bank I’d been with for 30 years. Ethically I couldn’t live with myself using a bank account with a company that invested in fossil fuels and funded dubious activities. I feel much happier with Triodos - it has the right approach to investing and punches above its weight for a small bank. I’ve used the customer service helpline a couple of times and the staff have been polite, friendly and helpful - they know their job and it’s been a joy to be met with great efficiency - and nice people.
