Very long Wait Times for Claims

Unbelievable wait times to get through to Aviva Claims. Nobody seems to be knowledgeable about queries. Transferred to two different Claims teams before getting the correct team to deal with my issue. It took 3 hours and the situation is still on going. Is the problem to do with everyone working from home? Reviewed on: 24th January 2023
