Worst insurer I've had

Still waiting for my refund of car insurance. I stopped my auto renewal online only to find out that sainsbury continued to take monthly payments. Also sent me a bill for £40 cancellation fee even tho I didnt cancel, I only stopped the renewal. I had taken out car insurance elsewhere to which they want proof of ( god knows why ) , it's not got anything to do with them. Communication is pathetic. Passed from agent to agent and promised calls back which never happen. You'd think a company this reputable would make the effort but nothing. AVOID AT ALL COST. YOU WILL BE DISSAPOINTED!!!!
