Worst Home Insurance company !!

30 years of having home insurance and hardly ever claimed i unfortunately took out home insurance with the worst home insurance company LV . Please don't use this company i have had the most stressful week trying to sort out a simple job of replacing a toilet button and a part in toilet cistern that stop working so i couldn't flush the toilet .
