Absolutely appalling customer service - do not use

I called Sainsbury's Car Insurance to amend my address on my policy. They said that the underwriters couldn't offer a quote on the new address (?!?) and said they I would have to cancel my policy (?!!), even though I'd had the policy for less than 4-months they refused to refund the set-up fee (£40), forcing me to lose out on this fee and then also pay a set-up fee on my new policy. Daylight robbery. Tried to argue this point with them but they said that 'it's in my terms and conditions'. Do not use Sainsbury's Car Insurance. Terrible Customer Service.
