Customer service is so good on the phone. I’ve phoned a couple of times for different reasons and super helpful each time. The app is simple and easy to use and the other savings account products are good in comparison to other big banks. Reviewed on: 1st February 2023

Simple and straightforward platform

I came to InvestEngine as a novice investor and was pleased with the simple options of products (managed vs. DIY) as well as the ease of use for setting up an ISA, selected my preferred ETFs (allowing for focus on ESG and other criteria) and monitoring the performance of my investments on a regular basis.
