Great customer service and remote banking services

The phone line has good opening hours when you want to speak to staff and their automated service is efficient and easy to use. Their app is easy to use and very functional; as is their web-site. Their overdraft facility has been extended for me over recent years, as my needs have changed and my good track record for credit management is recognized. Reviewed on: 29th June 2023

Very User-Friendly, Good Return

Easy to sign up, with quick authentication process (N.I. number and Bank Statement all that was required). Several questions about attitudes towards risk and investment, then, at my behest, it used an automated method of selecting my various investments. It was easy to add money to my fund. I only just tried to withdraw some cash recently and was told up to 4 working days would be needed - sooner would have been better, but apart from that it's been all good.
