Great bank -for once matches up to the adverts

Opened a current and savings account. It is managed online. What can I say. Easy to use , transparent and very customer focussed. The rates are good and the lack of charges abroad is fantastic. The 1% cash back on purchases is a real bonus . I opened a Nutmeg account of the back of Chase ( they are linked) so one app does both. Brilliant well done Chase , finally a company who actually values its customers, they even are easy to contact AND-they actually reply to you with coherent sentances Reviewed on: 9th March 2023

Simple and transparent

Opened an investment account ,this was linked to my Chase account. The whole process is quick easy and transparent. I wish more companies and banks would make the customer experience enjoyable, just imagine a company that you can contact and who gets back to you when they say they will Reviewed on: 9th March 2023
