Fabulous customer service with real people...

Fabulous customer service with real people who give thoughtful answers. I like to support a growing company and feel like a valued customer from the start. It took me seome time to get familiar and find things but there is always an answer in the community. Reviewed on: 13th April 2024

Awesome customer service!

My exoerience with Starling has only ever been poitive. I first was attracted by the portrait layout of their debit card, then I researched and saw this bank is founded by a woman! I had to sign up! Since then the customer service has been great, many hurdles anticipated (like an adress for an old-fashioned on paper standing order). Reviewed on: 2nd February 2023
