Why did I choose to switch my banking to Starling Bank

Having experienced a high street bank reducing the service it offered. Where I had in the past had good support from the bank business team, the bank switched more to using telephone banking via a call centre, as well as reducing local branch banking. Exasperated by the time to connect to a call centre, I decided to switch to Starling Bank and a good choice it was. Starling offers me straightforward banking for my business, provides good back up and good online service. Reviewed on: 2nd February 2023
