Refreshingly different

I had been with one of the big four banks for more years than I care to remember, but following one really bad experience I decided that enough was enough and needed to change. My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner. Efficient, approachable and just simply easy to deal with; processes that have been thought through from the customers perspective, rather than the programmers' and good communications all make banking with Starling a delight. I am in the process of moving all of my accounts to them. Reviewed on: 3rd February 2023
