Great product but slowly losing its edge

I really like Monzo. I have the paid Plus account with virtual cards and more features. It's a great product overall. However, there are 2 issues. Not having a website really is limiting. It would be very convenient to be able to access my account on a bigger screen, export directly to my computer etc. The second issue is that the support has been getting progressively worse over the years. I used to get very personal responses to my queries but now it just seems my request gets passed along and I get more generic answers. Hopefully this improves over time.
