Review of the Moneybox app, Lifetime ISA:

Supportive, handy, and efficient

I would recommend MoneyBox to anyone interested in setting up a Lifetime ISA. When I transferred my savings from a cash ISA to a MoneyBox LISA, I was daunted by the process and was worried about the risks of transferring my savings. The process was easy and MoneyBox were fast and efficient, helping me every step of the way. The team at MoneyBox are also supportive in that they sometimes host webinars and Q&A sessions designed for their users. I had a question I had struggled to find the answer to online (e.g. through HMRC) but they got back to me individually quickly and clearly. MoneyBox offer such a handy app that is well-designed, quick, and importantly, my money feels safe and well-protected. Money can be a difficult topic for me but I feel motivated to put in as much money as I can and feel proud even if it is a small amount, rather than feel pressured and ashamed to do so. They offer a chat within the app too to get quick replies to any questions. Further, because they use an app, it keeps the cost of using their service down too. A bonus for me was that at the time I was looking for a LISA, they offered one of the best interest rates of all LISA providers. I'd recommend their service and the team in all ways.
