Review of the Moneybox app, Lifetime ISA:

A trustworthy platform to build your money.

I opened a lifetime ISA with moneybox back in 2017 and I'm glad I did, as it has allowed me to purchase my first house 6 years on. Couldn't be happier with the customer service I've received throughout. My queries we're answered quickly via their chat service. It's not often you can say that a chat service is good however moneybox is the exception. They have experts on hand to speak to when required and the bot isn't too intrusive. Typically any question or qualm I've had has been answered by an advisor within an hour. To sum up. Moneybox is a friendly and reliable bank with whom to save and invest your cash.
