Review of the Moneybox app, Lifetime ISA:

Great product coupled with fantastic customer service.

Since taking out my LISA with Moneybox I have been massively impressed with not just the product but the services that Moneybox provide. The app is easy to navigate and the terms relating to any deposits are clear and well communicated. Any general queries are usually covered by their FAQs, however, if you ever need any further assistance their customer service team are a delight to deal with. They provide clear answers to whatever query you raise and responses are provided in a professional, pleasant and timely manner. Since opening my LISA with them I have also opened another ISA and I continue to recommend them where possible to friends, family and colleagues. 100% the best banking provider I've dealt with so far.
