Kind, fast and non judgemental support

I’ve been working with Joe L from the start of my mortgage research in which he was very kind and fast to respond to my queries and questions, upon leaving my recommendation until I have finalised my new house purchase Joe was happy to review where we left off. He has made me feel comfortable and very trusting in his judgement.
