Over half an hour to sort out a renewal is far too long

Missing a renewal date by a couple of days (snow) can lead to over half an hour on the phone whilst you re-quote. And it was more expensive. Would have been quicker to go back to the Meerkat and start from scratch. Reviewed on: 9th March 2018
