Best, easiest, uncomplicated bank ever

I love this bank as I’m informed of incomings and outgoings the day before. The app makes it so easy to run your account abd it’s the best bank I’ve ever been with in over 35 years; absolutely knocks spots off Lloyds, HSBC and NatWest who I used to use. Customer Service: NO QUEUE when calling and they always resolve any queries whilst calling. Reviewed on: 22nd March 2024

Amazing online bank! Customer focused 100%

This is the first bank I’ve been with that has given me the tools to COMPLETELY manage my money and as I round up to the pound, there’s a bit of emergency money! Nice to be able to use it when needed. Any incoming and outgoing payments are shown the day/weekend before which really helps to keep track of available income. There are so many options such as creating a separate “space” to put money by eg, having the bills money go straight to that space so giving the customer exactly the information they need. Couldn’t recommend any other bank now I’ve been with Starling Reviewed on: 9th March 2023
