Patient and helpful service team at NBS

I hadn’t used my online account for a while and so ended up making three calls to their service desk in one afternoon with logon queries followed by queries around transfer limits into the account. I spoke to one agent twice and then another. They could not have been more helpful - patient, and listening to me to ensure they gave me the correct advice. Despite the multiple calls each time they finished the call with ‘be sure to call us back if you experience any more issues’. Wasn’t patronised, they took as much time as I needed until my issues were resolved. Reviewed on: 15th March 2024
