STAY AWAY FROM THESES SCAM ARTISTS

STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. Having my claim denied due to small print in the policy is indicative of the underhanded and sly behaviour of the worst types of insurer. The fact that the SIM wasn't in my device at the time of loss has no bearing on the insurance of the device and is simply a devious attempt by ROW to weasel out of providing the service I have paid for. Any claim to the contrary is ridiculous. Additionally, my other complaints about their service are: The length of time to receive any communication once a claim is submitted is far too long. (over a week) Responses to email are far too slow. (2-3 days) The amount of time spent on hold while trying to phone is far too slow. (over 20 mins and then I gave up) The list of prerequisites they request to submit a claim is ridiculous and another obvious attempt to hamper the claim process. All of the above prolongs and hinders the claims process in a clearly nefarious, deliberate way. Reviewed on: 15th March 2018
