Incredibly helpful, easy and straightforward

I LOVE my moneybox LISA! The app is super easy to use, incredibly straightforward and clear, and aesthetically pleasing too! Customer service has always been 5*. Luckily I haven’t had to use it often but they were very prompt when I requested to be sent a bank statement of my LISA. They are happy to help, no query to big. My favourite thing is watching my LISA balance increase, and I can clearly see my deposits, when what is being collected from my bank and when it will show in my overall balance. In sum, I just can’t recommend the app enough. I was even able to increase my interest by a small amount for answering 5 simple questions, of course I jumped at this chance, every little helps. I was recommended by my sister and her fiancé as they also used the Moneybox LISA, and I have recommended people myself. Love love love Moneybox! Reviewed on: 8th February 2023
