No one knows what they are doing

I had to contact them by phone to resolve a minor issue after holding on for 15min I got transferred to four different people some in UK some overseas, eventually i put in a complaint i was told they return calls in 72 hours well it's been more than a week and no one has returned my call not that i ever thought they would. Be aware they take your money but don't give you an Insurance Certificate not even an emailed one. I wish i had read the reviews before i gave them my money. Shop around and avoid this company.
