Received my home insurance renewal and, as you do, promptly trawled through the compare sites but couldn't better the very competitive price quoted by Policy Expert. I rang to renew and spoke to a very friendly, helpful customer adviser. He certainly knew his stuff and was able to explain to me in plain English some of the more complex statements of my policy. I was happy to renew and felt confident that I had a policy which met all my needs and which I fully understood. Reviewed on: 17th March 2018
