Helpful Staff

The staff were always helpful & polite but when i 1st registered a claim i did feel it was very automated. I know they have a script to follow & forms to fill in but if the questions or responses did not fit then they did seem a bit lost. I was misadvised regarding my policy having Home Emergency cover (i was told it didn't when in fact it did) which resulted in a further phone call & delays in having my problem solved.
