Was so friendly and helpful

I made the mistake of buying 2 insurance policies ... one being an automatic renew from yourselves... I tried to cancel the admiral policy as yours was actually cheaper but they wouldn’t let me without a £25 fee (even though it was within the cooling off period) however you did- and was lovely both times I rang- I shall defiantly call the next policy I need. Reviewed on: 20th March 2018
