The customer service is exceptional.

The customer service is exceptional. Whenever I've had an issue, it has been easy and quick to speak to a real person, and they have always resolved the issue quickly. The app does everything I want and is user friendly. I can't find any fault at all. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2026

Perfect Service

Easy to register, fully functional no-frills app (a positive), and great card use coverage. A bonus being that the card isn't contactless meaning greater security from the off without having to change the settings on your card. Reviewed on: 8th February 2023
