Consistently Atrocious service. Shouldnt be allowed to operate as a bank

I have been a customer of this outfit for several years. If switching wasn’t so disruptive I’d have moved a long time ago
Over the last two years they have locked me out of my account three times - all cases due to automated systems cancelling debit cards or access cards with no warning or explanation
Getting through their automated phone system takes an average of 30 minutes and then the system frequently connects to the wrong department
When finally connected to the ‘right’ person, invariably that person is unhelpful or actively misleading
Frankly I don’t have a good word to say for this bank - they are not a business level service
In submitting a complaint one receives a formulaic ‘we are very sorry’ letter. It’s derisory and probably set up to comply with some feeble regulatory requirement
I don’t have a single good thing to say about them and strongly advise potential customers to look elsewhere
describing this service as a ‘business bank’ is wholly inaccurate
