Great service. Only 1 thing I would change

I've opened 2 accounts with Moneybox and I enjoy the user-friendly app, the incredible updating of my accounts' statuses, customer service is good and helpful and I like the platform overall. My only qualm is that there is no option to input a beneficiary. Customers must ensure they appoint a power of attorney or create a will in the event of any unfortunate circumstance leading to death. For persons who don't understand that process, it can be a bit daunting. Reviewed on: 9th February 2023
