Absolute joke of a bank

Spent 11 hours on the phone in a week trying to get a payment cleared. They are unable to provide information, unable to provide updates, typical scousers for staff and very uneducated with no ownership of issues. Horrible company to deal with. Refered this to the ombudsman. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2018
